Our Policies

Spa Appointments

We provide an environment of relaxation and tranquility. Cell phones should remain off and conversations should be kept in a quiet tone. While we love children, they are not permitted in the spa area. We ask that they be closely supervised and remain in the reception area.

Late Arrival

Anyone arriving 15 minutes late or more for their appointment, will be asked to reschedule their service. We regret that but we cannot infringe on our next guest’s service time.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow at least 48-hours notice. This will allow us to offer the appointment slot to someone else. All clients that fail to give 48-hours notice, may be required to pay a cancellation/no show fee which amounts in 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment with us. If we are unable to reach you, we will charge the card on file or charge the amount to your account. Thank you for understanding.”

Gift Certificates

We honor all of our gift certificates provided we have a record of them. Gift cards are non-transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Tiffany’s Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Personal Property

Every client is responsible for securing their own valuables prior to their service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen objects.

Brazilian Blowouts, Balayage, and Foil Services

Due to issues with last-minute cancellations, we now require a credit card to be placed on file at the time of booking for Brazilian Blowouts, balayage, and all foil services. We request 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of these services. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in 50% of the scheduled service cost being charged to the card on file.
