We provide an environment of relaxation and tranquility. Cell phones should remain off and conversations should be kept at a quiet tone. While we love children, they are not permitted in the spa area. We ask that they be closely supervised and remain in the reception area.
We kindly ask that you check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment, in order to complete the necessary facial or massage forms.
Anyone arriving 15 minutes late or more for their appointment, will be asked to reschedule their service. We regret that we cannot infringe on our next clients service time.
We request a 24-hour cancellation policy for your appointment. If we do not receive a cancellation notice, you will be charged 50% of your service charge. New clients will be required to give us a credit card deposit to secure their first appointment.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for any service that is $200 or more.

We honor all our gift certificates provided we have a record of them. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Tiffany’s Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Every client is responsible for securing their own valuables prior to their service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
